Have You Tried Deactivating All the Plugins and Reactivating Them One by One?

I am starting this section with the first advice you’re given for a reason. It is the most fool-proof way of fixing this issue. When you go from all plugins with a problem to no plugins and no problem, it’s pretty simple to see when the guilty party rears its nasty little head.

While this is the most surefire way to get things sorted, you have to basically shut down your site’s entire functionality. Keep in mind that while you will find out what the problem is, you won’t find out the underlying cause of the problem, nor find a solution to it (other than not using those two plugins together). You’ll probably need to look at one of the above options for that before moving forward.

The steps to follow are:

  1. Set theme to default wordpress theme and try the plugin again. If it works then it conflicts with your theme used.
  2. Disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and the plugin. Try thea plugin again. If the plugin works then there is a conflict with another plugin. Enable one by one the plugins and test after each plugin to see what plugin is causing the problem.
  3. Contact the author of the theme or plugin to find a solution.

If the above does not solve your problem you can use our support form for free plugins here.
