Let's build something great
Tell us about your project and we'll send a free quote within 24 hours — then we'll build something great together. Not sure what you need? Browse our services or our plugin catalog, or learn more about our team. Already a customer? Open a support ticket.
What to expect after you send your message
Every enquiry that lands in our inbox is read by one of the developers on the Dreamfox Media team — never an outsourced assistant or a bot. We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays, usually with specific follow-up questions about your store, your timeline and the outcome you're hoping for. If your message is detailed enough we'll often include an initial price range and an honest assessment of whether we're the right team for the job. If we're not, we'll point you to someone who is.
Once we've agreed there's a fit, we book a 30-minute scoping call (free, no commitment) to walk through the project in detail. After that call you receive a written proposal with a fixed price, a milestone-based timeline and a clear list of what's in and out of scope. There are no hidden hourly rates and no "depending on complexity" disclaimers — the price you accept is the price you pay, even if the work turns out to be harder than we estimated.
For ongoing customers and existing plugin users, support tickets are handled separately so urgent production issues don't get stuck behind sales enquiries. If you already have a license, please use the support form — it routes directly to the engineer responsible for that plugin and includes priority handling. For pre-sales questions about a specific plugin, the form on this page is the fastest channel.
Common questions before reaching out
Do you sign NDAs? Yes, mutual NDAs are standard for any project involving proprietary code or customer data — just attach yours and we'll have it back within a day. Do you work with agencies? Yes, we white-label development work for several agencies and are happy to sign sub-contractor agreements. What timezones do you cover? We're based in the Netherlands (CET) and our overlap with North America is generally 14:00–18:00 CET. Asia-Pacific clients usually schedule calls in their morning, our afternoon. Read more about our team, browse our services or our plugin catalog.
What to include in your first message
The more context you share, the more useful our first reply will be. If you have an existing WordPress or WooCommerce site, please include the URL, your current hosting setup and a one-line description of the active theme. Tell us which integrations matter — payment gateways, shipping carriers, ERPs, fulfilment platforms, marketing tools — and which of them are non-negotiable. If you already know your target launch date or budget range, mention it: it helps us shape a realistic proposal instead of a generic one. If you don't know yet, that's fine too; the scoping call exists for exactly that.
For new builds, a short paragraph about the business itself goes a long way. We've shipped stores for SaaS companies, B2B wholesalers, niche e-commerce brands, content publishers and membership platforms — each has a different definition of "done", and knowing yours up front prevents wasted cycles. Attach mockups, sitemaps or competitor links if you have them; if you don't, a couple of sentences about what you'd like the finished site to feel like is enough to start.
After the project ships
Every engagement includes a 30-day post-launch warranty: any bug we introduce, we fix at no cost. After that you can stay on a monthly maintenance retainer (security patches, plugin updates, uptime monitoring, monthly performance report) or pay per request — whichever fits your team. We are happy to hand over fully documented codebases to your in-house developers, and we don't lock clients into proprietary stacks. Whether you stay with us or take it in-house, the site is yours.
